Scope of Services
Special Needs Solution provides behavioral health therapy services, including individual therapy, family support, and telehealth sessions, for individuals ages 6 and older. Our services are provided by licensed mental health professionals operating under the laws of the State of Florida. Services are available in person at our South Miami and Key Biscayne offices and via secure telehealth throughout Florida.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Therapy outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. While we use evidence-based approaches and are committed to providing the highest quality care, we cannot guarantee specific results from treatment. The therapeutic process is collaborative, and your active participation is an important factor in achieving your goals.
Professional Relationship
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a therapist-client relationship. A professional relationship is established only through a formal intake process and mutual agreement to engage in treatment.
Electronic Communications
By using our contact form, email, or text messaging services, you acknowledge that no electronic communication method is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including the use of HIPAA-compliant platforms for telehealth (Doxy.me) and payment processing (Ivy Pay), we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted electronically. Please do not include sensitive clinical information in emails or text messages.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. The full cancellation policy will be provided during your intake process.
Payment Terms
Sessions are $150 per 60 minutes. Payment is due at the time of service. We operate as a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance directly. Superbills are provided monthly for out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is processed through Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Special Needs Solution and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
